It is evidently clear that Mosman is the place to be living, which we can certainly agree with. Surrounded by amazing restaurants, quality coffee and the famous Balmoral Beach, Mosman has grown into one of Sydney’s most popular suburbs due to its lifestyle and professional offerings.
Simon and Rebecca have lived in Mosman for over 16 years, which means they certainly know a few things about the suburb and all the great aspects within. This enhances Simon’s and Rebecca’s ability to sell your Mosman home because they understand the unique lifestyle benefits of the suburb intricately. High on their list of places to be is The Fernery, a spectacular rooftop cocktail bar based in the heart of Mosman and located above the Mosman Club. The Fernery has breathtaking views across the harbour all the way up to North Head. Then, out on the garden terrace you will find the Rosé bar, plus a Gin room showcasing bottles from some of the finest local distilleries.
If you are after something a little more laid back, The Gunners Barracks Tea Room is your perfect go-to for Summer, whether to enjoy a lazy lunch or delicious afternoon tea. With jaw-dropping views and a 180 degree waterfront panorama, it must be on your bucket list.
It is hard to escape from the water when you are living in Mosman but there are no complaints there. So our next suggestion is to visit Chowder Bay and Clifton Gardens. With a steep bush behind and the harbour-side face, this is the perfect location for an enjoyable Summer picnic with friends, snorkelling or even diving for the energetic and adventurous.
One of Simon’s favourite coffee spots is Heirloom Specialty Coffee, which boasts not only delicious coffee, but an irresistible selection of pastries, baked goods and tasty breakfast and lunch options. He also highly recommends Don Adan cafe located next to the Mosman Swim Centre in Vista Street, Mosman.
